1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the UPICT platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities conducted under your account are your responsibility. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. Membership Obligations

Members agree to abide by the UPICT Constitution and By-Laws, pay applicable membership fees on time, and participate in organizational activities in good faith. Chapter officers must fulfill their designated responsibilities.

4. Job and OJT Postings

UPICT facilitates but is not a party to any employment or training arrangements. Applicants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging that UPICT shall not be liable for any arrangements between the applicant and the job or OJT provider.

5. Intellectual Property

The UPICT and S3P logos, branding, and content are the intellectual property of UPICT Association Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Content submitted by users (projects, submissions) remains the property of their creators.

6. Payment Terms

Membership fees and other payments are processed through approved channels (online via PayMongo or cash with approval). Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Chapters must remit the required percentage of revenues as stipulated.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
